At the IESE Public Sector Transformation Awards ceremony held in London yesterday evening, CDDFRS picked up the award for Fire & Rescue Service of the year & we are beyond proud.
Chief Fire Officer Stuart Errington said: “I am both delighted & proud that our service has been crowned fire & rescue service of the year.
This would not have been possible without the hard work & dedication of every member of our service who work tirelessly to keep the public of County Durham & Darlington safe.”
We are very proud to be bringing the trophy home to County Durham & Darlington.
